Bullocks of chariot of life are pulling the chariot in two opposite directions. That’s why that chariot of life is not able to reach anywhere. A person doesn’t want to leave the cause of pains, then how can he achieve his goal of eternal pleasure, moving on the same perimeter like plodding bullocks.
