As mentioned in the Bijolia inscription, Prithviraj II, son of Kasaldev, donated the village of Morkuti (Morjdi) for the Jain temple, which was given the grand shape of a small temple in 1704.
The dark colored Khadgasan Parshvanath idol installed here was obtained from the river after giving a dream. Here there are glass temples, golden temples, ornate chawari and marble pillars.
There is a huge Dharamshala and all the facilities like Bhojanshala etc. for the stay of the pilgrims.
