The inner force, the power of the soul is the most vital force, the human being have. Meditation, repetition, chanting, enlogising, devotion, veneration etc. are all ‘instruments for awakening ‘that’ infinite force. With the help of ‘God’ , the guru or by bliss a mantra or other such sources we may develope and sharpen our inner power.
Namokar Mantra is an extraordinary mantra. the structure of its emblem is a combination made up of three pyramids consisting of five colours aimed at visualization, rememberance, pondering, meditation and realization of fully developed and the developing pure forms of soul and not at some personified diety. That is why this mantra is eternal and perpetual.
Pyramid can be made up with four triangular, these triangulars consist of two similar arms and base is large in comparison to such arms. This structure of pyramid have three peculiar characteristics-viz
Preservation | Restoration | Rejuvination |
Virtually, the pyramids are the representative of centralised energy. this energy is generated in space and transmitted by stars. By making of unique size, shape, and statics of the pyramid we can have external energy. This energy can be utilised for healing patients of physical and mental disorder. Some remarkable research work have come in to light, done by Dr. Shool and Dr. A.D.Patit. Establishing the origin, age, composition of pyramids, and its archaelogy, I should draw a clear picture before the readers.
The pyramids were the most remarkable egyptian buildings in the early period. They are still remaining as the achievements of those years. There are 30 large pyramids and a number of small ones. The most imposing of all is the great pyramid at Gizah near Cairo. It was built about 2650 B.C. by the Pharaoh Cheops (Khufu) of the old kingdom. According to Herodotus, the great ancient greek historian, 300,000 men worked for twenty years to complete this structure, which is made of huge blocks of stones.
Since the pyramids were the tomb of phroahs, they contained the mummies of those monarchs and also kinds of precious things they used. Many of the pyramids were robbed through the centuries, but the tomb of King Tutnkhaman was found intact in 1920. The treasure of this tomb can be seen at the Cairo museum today. The pyramid walls contain a large number of wall paintings. These paintings consists of Bull, Horse, Chakra, Swastik etc.of Jain tradition. They give us a wealth of information about the lives of the people, for they depict wars and battles, hunting scenes and sacrificial processions and numerous other aspects of daily life.
Another peculiar aspect of egyptian architecture is Sphinx. The Sphinx is a myhological animal with the body f a lion and the head of a man. Each sphinx was carved out of single solid stone. Karnak and Abu simble tembplestood on the bank of Nile. The temple was dedicated to Sun God. A most remarkable feature of the temple was that the rays of the rising sun shone in to the temple and do it has been called the temple of ‘rising sun’.
Egyptians script is known as Heirogyphic, which means sacred writings. It consists of 24 signs, each of which stood for single consonant. Jains have 24 Tirthankaras. In the Rathgram institute of West Berlin, Prof. Josepg Riederer is already performing spectacular services in this field. He has given the methods of chemical analysis that has given a tremendous boost to archaeometry. For example, in the examination of parts originating from human body, blood group and collagen type of 3000 year old mummies are examined. DNA chain, responsible for genetic code are broken down into their component parts inorder to determine the relationship of the mummies to one another. Blood group are as obvious for modern research workers as if the mummies were carrying their blood doner’s identity card with them. bone analysis in the their hand provide info about the diet of the people who died long ago. Whether someone was hunter or he gathered wild plants to feed on, is fairly easy to find out. It only becomes more complicated when it is a matter of the wealth of the people examined. But even this can be determined with fair degree of reliability, since the bones of th well to do often reveal high concentration of certain elements which indicate the consumption of expensive but proportionate foods. X-rays of mummies have confirmed the considerable damage caused to teeth resulting from large proportion of sand in the bread which was produced by rubbing of the mill stones. An examination of the huge egyptian Memmori’s colossus has shawn that the gigantic blocks of stones were transported up the nile from Cairo, 600 km away. Since this type of stone called quartizite occurs only there.
No wonder Prof. Ridederer is convinced that bronze statue of Yaksh/Yakshishs, Mānabhadra consisting cronch, snake, bull, lion, carved on the paedestral are jain emblems, and the bones of skeletons are of vegetarian men. It is to be investigated how jain culture flourished in Egypt2 . the radio carbon method showed beyond doubt that it is about 3000 years old. It is also clear that it is made of material from Palestine3 .
Now we should come to pyramid energy and the centres of concious energy of our body and practicing of Mahamantra “Namokara”. Our body is like a giant power house. It has many sensory centres akin to switches. These are called cetra centres although there are hundreds of large and small swithces but only thirteen have been specified as energy centres. Five of these centres are vital. The letters and colors associated with ‘namokara’ have a close connection with the energy centres of the body. Observe the centres shown. The centre of knowledge is at the forehead. This centre is the fountain head of all knowledge flowing in the body. By concentrating, chanting the first line ‘’Namo Arihantānam’’, the knowledge centre with whole background, the intellectual capacity is stimulated. The mind become active and the energy starts flowing through long and deep practice one can attain devine perception as well. Eight type of Karmas, micro particles that adhere to the soul having energy to bound it are the enemies of the soul in the mundane body. the destroyer of this eight enemies in the form of Karma are Arihantas. The most potent enemies of the soul are vices like inflamation etc. these vices have been devided into eight groups. The four strongest and vitiating karmas are 1. Mohnīya (illusory), 2.Antarāya(the worst )(power hindering) obstruct the development and speed of the powers of the soul, 3. Jnānāvarniya(knowledge obstructing). Karmas act like a veil over the immense knowledge of soul. 4.Darsānavarnīya (perception obstructing). This obstructs the indistinguishable perception of common things.
Becoming the conqueror of self, he attains the position of Arihanta, after this, there manifests in the soul the devine light of the infinite quadrant. This live ”’‘Namo Arihantānam’”’ is visualized in white color. Deficiency of white colour in the body causes many ailments. Compensating this deficiency through meditation in white or transparent pyramid one can become healthy. White rays enhance capacity and purity to concentrate. Tranquility can be achieved. The color of moon and venus is white. The time of meditation is the last quarter of night.
Siddha is that soul which has achieved complete fulfilment of all desires, thinking and meditating about this supreme souls fulfil all desires. Siddhas are innumerable soul exists in aural form. As a flame fuses into another innumerable souls in their external aural form fuse and occupy the same space but still maintain their individual existence. The visualization of this line Namo Siddhānam is done in red color. The second circle is red like rising sun. meditate over the line ‘Namo Siddhānam’ with the background of the red color of the sun rising from the east. Red colour helps in controlling pitutary gland and its secretion. It increases agility, alertness, enthusiasm and happiness, fearlessness. It also improves the inner vision. The color of sun and mars is red. The problems and diseases due to sun/mars can be pacified in the red pyramid. In the dawn, red color is deep at horizon. This is the proper time.
The ācarya is to preach the religion of right faith, right knowledge and right conduct to the four fold religio-social organisations comprising of Sādhu(monk), sādhvi(nun), Srāvaka(layman), Srāvika(laywoman). He is supposed to ensure that he and his organisation follow the prescribed norms of good conduct, restraints, rules and descipline. The religious life of Ācārya have thirty-six qualities. As we meditated ovr namo Āyāriyanam, we get determination for good conduct and inner strength for lofty ideas. The color attributed to this line is golden yellow. Vigour, strength and influence increase by meditating over this line. Yellow color improves the capacity of knowledge and removes physical weakness. It is the color of jupiter, to pacify problems or diseases caused by jupiter, the yellow pyramid can help. The time should be noon when the sun is on the zenith-brilliant.
Upādhayāyā catch up means near to study. Those from whom one get knowledge of scriptures, they are like torch of knowledge. Writer of sacred books called Upādhayāyā. These canons forms the foundation of the knowledge on jain religion. The help to solve all our queries and clear doubts. Blue flame is helpful in attaining knowledge and education. The color of ink is blue. Meditated with a background of blue colors, which increases peace and tranquility of body and mind. Blue colour planet can be specified with blue pyramid. The mercury color is made up of yellow and green. The sun has set, the blue sky is turning grey, so evening is the right time to meditate on blue pyramid.
A Sādhu carried Panca Mahāvrata (non-violence, truth, non-stealing, calibacy and detachment). He deciplines the five senses depicted by eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and limbs(body). he is equanimous. Meditation over this line is done over sparkling black color. and it enhances the feeling of patience, forgiveness, pity, tolerance, discipline and compassion. By concentrating over this we can block and attack evil influences and ailments caused by outside ghosts. Black pyramid will enhance resistance and tolerance level of body. The meditation time should be mid-night in deep darkness. The color of saturn, Rāhu (Dragon’s head), and ketu (Dragon’s tail)-(Rāhu and ketu are symbolic representation of discordant position of the sun and the moon in association with earth) is black. To pacify these disorders, black pyramid can be used. Self protection is the most important theme in life. According to Mnatra texts one has to create a shield for self protection before starting practise of a mantra. This is inorder to avoid any fear and disturbance during practice.
In the modern scientific age, when the medical science claims of its ultimate progress, there are still some diseases for which the science fails to provide any treatment. Even the doctors emphasize on the need of prayers over medicine. We can prepare pyramids of 5 colors ie, white, red, yellow, blue and black for the easement of such patient’s meditation over Namokar Mantra, and it is my strong belief that fruitful results would come out. Pyramid is a subject of structural engineering, while making such pyramids, the longitude, latitude, statics, magnetism of earth, and angles may also be assertained, the slopes of walls, height and various processess of focussing the mind must be considered. Mathematics may also be kept in the study.
