Ujjain has been a historical city as far as the Jain History is concerned. Bhagwan Mahavir did his deep meditation at this place. Muni Abhayghosh attained salvation from here as such this place is also a Siddha kshetra. It was here that Acharya Samantbhadra saluted a Shivling and an idol of Chandraprabhu bhagwan came out of it.

Recently Muni Pragyasagar have inspired a lot of developments here. World’s largest foot marks 7’x7′ of bhagwan Rishabhdev have been made here. A chaubeesee made of precious and semi precious gems have also been kept here. A bhagwan Neminath and Parsvanath temple for removal of Kal sarp dosh have been constructed here. A Kalikund Parsvanath yantra made in stone have also been placed here.
