At a distance of 35 km from Sagar there is a small village called Pidruva in the state of MP. In the forests there, lies a very old and ancient temple. Though it is not clear how old this temple is but the idols inside the temple dates back to VS 1400, as such this temple too belong to the golden era of Jainism in the 9th to 12th century.
A five feet high idol of Lord Rishabhdev is installed here apart from 41 other stone idols all of which are very old and ancient. Apart from this there are over 70 idols made of metals. Scores of hand written shastras are also present here which again are very old.
There is a miraculous black stone idol of Lord Munisuvrat Nath, the saviour from the Saturn ill effects. An idol of Padmawati Mata is also here which is again full of miracles and it is believed that the prayers done on the no moon day (Amavasya) is always fulfilled.
