Son of Sh. D. L. Jain; born; Sagar (M.P.), 1st July, 1926; passed B.Sc. from Nagpur University and M.Sc. from Sagar University; joined College of Science, Nagpur in 1951 (M.P. State Educational Service), taught at Government Science College, Jabalpur during 1955—1964, is Professor and Head of Department of Mathematics at Government Post Graduate College, Sehore since 1966 to date.
