This temple is situated in the city of Rohtak, about 70 km from Delhi, in the state of Haryana. With the inspiration of Gandharacharya 108 Shri Kunthu Sagar Maharaj, this kshetra was declared as an Atishay Kshetra.
The main idol of this temple is Bhagwan Mahavir but on the same alter the idols of all the 24 Tirthankars have also been placed. In all there are eight altars in the temple and one Manstambh in the same vicinity.
About six km away from Rohtak, there is a small village called Asthan Bohar. This village is the centre of the Nath community. During excavation for construction of their ashram, several Jain idols were found here which have been placed in the museum.
The idol is said to be full of miracles and anyone who performs the puja with pure heart gets the desired results.
