गारापाहारिणी मुद्रा गरूड़स्य यथा तथा।
जिनस्याप्येनसो हंत्री दुरिताराति पातिन:।।
Garapaharini mudra garudasya yatha tatha,
Jinasyapyenaso hantri duritarati patinah.
As the garuda mudra (merely through darshan) is capable of
destroying the snake poision, in the same way, the Jin mudra is absolutely capable of annihilating the sins.
विहना प्रणश्यन्ति भयं न जातु, न दुष्ट देवा चलिलंघयन्ति।
अर्थान्यथेष्टाश्च सदा लमन्ते जिनोत्त—मानां परिकीर्तनेन।।
—छक्खण्डागम जीवट्ठाणं
Vighna pranashyanti bhayam na jatu, na dushta deva parilanghayanti.
Arthanyatheshtashch sada labhante Jintotta-manama parikirtanen

By reciting the mirit / attributes of Lord Jinendra, the sins disappear, fear never appears, evil spirits can never attack, and one gets always the desiresd objects.
सुह—सुद्धपरिणमेहिं कम्मक्खाभावे।
Suha-suddaparinamehim kammakkhabhave.
Auspicious and pure-both kinds of feelings are meant for dissolution of karmas. If this notion is not accepted, there can be no disolution of karmas at all.
यदा तु धर्म परिणतस्वभावेपि शुभोपयोग परिणत्या संगच्छते।
Yada tu dharma parinatasvabhaveapi shubhopayogam parinatya sangachhate.
In this not been called adharma (sacrilege) like the inauspiciously intended.
सम्यग्दृष्टि के अनुराग तो धर्मात्मा पुरुषानि में धर्म की कथा में आयतन होय हैं।

Love for uniform harmonious vision is reflected in the religious stories of religious people.
Darshan of Jin’s idol is a means of obtaining the right faith. So has been said in the funfamental religious concept. “Dhawala Grantha” in the gollowing manner.
तीहि कारणेहि पढ़म—सम्मत्तभुप्पदेंति केई जाइस्सरा।
केई सोदूण केई जिणबिंब दट्ठूण।।
Teehi Karanehi padham-sammattamuppadeti kei jaissara.

By three means the first state of right faith sees light some of them get right belief by the memory of previous birth some by hearing the religious precepts, and by seeing or heaving `Darshan’ of Jin Idol
जिनबिंब दंसणेण णिघत्तंणिकाचिदस्य।
विमिच्छत्तदि कम्म कलावरूसस खय दंसणादो।।

By mere darshan of Jinendra Bhagwan, such kind of karmas get dissolved which cannot be destroyed by mere act of ascetism (tapa). Such deeds as are harder than the vijra (an ancient weapon) named `Nidhatti’ too are melted and perished. So say the religious principles.
सारंभई ण्हवणाइयहं, जे सावज्ज भवंति।
दंसणु तेहिं विणासियउ हत्यु ण कायउ भंति।।
सावय धम्मदोहो।।२०।।
Sarambhai nhavanaiyaham, je saajja bhavanti.
Dansanu tehim vinasiyau hatyu na kayau bhanti.

Those who call samarambha through anointment etc. as violet, faulty, have destroyed the right visiion. There is no doubt about that.
Those creatures who do not have Jinendra Bhagwan’s darshan, about them, Padmanandi Acharya has said in the work, `Padmanandi Panchvinshati, that—
जिनेन्द्रं न पश्यंति ये पूजयन्ति स्तुवन्ति न।
निष्फल जीवितं तेषां, तेषां धिक् च गृहाश्रमम्।।
Jinendram na pashyanti ye poojayanti stuanti na.
Nishaphalam jeeitam teshaam, teshaam dhilk cha grihashram. 6/15
Those creatures who do not devotedly have a glimpse (darshan) of Jinendra Bhagwan, not do they perform worship, not even pray. Their grihasthashram (period of life to have a familt etc…..) is-condemned.
तपस्वि गुरू चैत्यानां पूजालोप प्रवर्तनम्।
अनाथ दीनकृपणाभिर्भिक्षादि प्रतिषेधनम्।।—७

Having the tendency of not worshipping the seers, gurus and idols, refusing alms to orphans, miserables and greatefuls all these obstructing deeds (antaraya karms) are the means of sins concentrate.
