Achievements in the life of Shri Attar Sain Jain, an industrialist of Delhi, were mainly due to good habits inculcated in him by his religious minded father Shri Baldeo Das Jain, who had set up coal business in Delhi in 1941. Earnings there from formed the base for industrial enterprises by this family. Foundation stone of the first factory, Hindustan Cycle Accessories Mfg. Co., was laid by him in 1954.
Shri Jain was born at Barsat in Distt. Karnal (Haryana). Married to Smt. Shakuntala Devi Jain on July 13, 1937 he had 6 sons and 2 daughters.
