Aparigrah/Non-Possesssion

To keep less possession by deciding the limit of money and other valuables according to owns need and capacity and to remain detached with rest of the possessions, thus controlling passions is called ”Parigrah Parimananuvrata”.

The concept of five Anuvratas is such a great treasure that one who pratisesnthese vratas without making ”Atichar”(faults), the jeev surely takes birth in heaven. If somebody has already gained the ”Aayu”(age) of ”Narak”(Hell), ”Tiryanch” or Humanbeing, then he cannot accept Anuvratas.

The practising of these Anuvratas is a must for each house-holder(Shravak).
