# Place your both hands at the center of bliss.
# Close your eyes softly.
# Imagine bright yellow color around you.
# While inhaling, slowly lift your hands to the shoulder level and touch the thumbs to the respective shoulder.
# Hold the breadth for 5 seconds. Look in front and have a feeling that purity is entering within me.
# Fold your hands while exhaling with a feeling that all the impurities are gone out from my body.
# Meditating this particular padha with the Mudra help us to achieve desired position in the society
# It helps to keep our heart and lungs strong.
# Behaviour of a person gets purified with positive feelings.
# Joy is increased because the center of bliss is energised.
